Christopher Berry is an experienced litigation attorney from a large law firm background who has practiced in Texas and Arizona. Katherine Branch handles a wide range of commercial matters, including complex construction and real estate litigation. Joseph Vigil is an experienced municipal liability and defense attorney who also handles commercial and regulatory matters.
The lawyers at Berry & Branch work together as one practice group, and not as separate lawyers with separate practices. We look at each case as though it will be resolved by jurors, and we give jurors the credit they deserve for being intelligent and thoughtful, and wanting to reach the fair result. We also recognize that most jurors have been socialized in an age of electronic media and information, so we utilize the latest technology to create effective and persuasive electronic trial presentations.
We approach the practice of law from the perspective that there is nothing else we would rather be doing, or that we could even imagine ourselves doing. We believe the enthusiasm we have for what we do is reflected in the quality of our work, and in the results that we create.
Our practice is statewide. While our main office is in Phoenix, we also have an office in Yuma, Arizona. We have represented clients in significant matters in all but a few Arizona counties. We regularly represent clients in litigation and related matters in Pima, Pinal, and Mohave Counties.
